What happens if I am not available when you deliver my order?

For all online orders, our delivery service providers will make three attempts to deliver before the product is returned to our warehouse. You will be required to pay the shipping charges again for us to re-dispatch your order.

How do I care for my saree?

Each saree comes with care instructions. In general, dry cleaning or gentle handwashing is recommended to preserve the intricate details.

What is your return policy?

We do not offer any return or exchange unless there is a damage in the product reported within 24 hrs of delivery with opening video proof

We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, online bank transfers, and other secure payment gateways.
